Tues, April 28 @ 1pm EST Although they may look menacing with their rows of sharp jagged teeth, sand tigers are actually docile sharks that are very tolerant of the thousands of divers who visit them every year in the waters off of North Carolina. But we know so little about these sharks, such as why they tend to hang out around the many shipwrecks off the North Carolina coast, why they aggregate in large groups, where they migrate to, and where they mate and give birth.
