This ain’t your average tabbouleh! Chef @zjengel of @galit_restaurant in Chicago swung by the #Feedfeed test kitchen to whip up this bright and tangy Kale Tabbouleh Salad with @jakecohen from his restaurant inspired by the classic Levantine dish but using Fall ingredients from his native Chicago. Packed w/ bulgur, crunchy apples, roasted delicata squash and toasted pumpkin seeds, it just so happens to be one of our new favorite #vegan recipes!
