Our air fryer Caramilk Danish went viral, so we thought: let’s make a savoury version inspired by our favourite pastry snack, the sausage roll. Requiring only a handful of ingredients, including a whole jar of caramelised onion relish and cheese for maximum flavour, the puff pastry is plaited so it not only looks amazing but is more fun to eat, too. Plus, we’ve cooked it in our favourite appliance, the air fryer, to save time and washing up.
