The most Ah-Mazing Roasted Potatoes!  These are so stinkin' easy to make!  Cook a pierced potato in the microwave for 6-7 mins. (flip every couple mins.) til soft all the way thru.  Cut in half, then into squares (just down to skin).  Season with butter, parmesan & Lawry's. Place in oven on aluminum foil-lined pan and BROIL for 10-15 mins.  Enjoy!!!

Bacon Potatoes ~ peel whole potatoes, cut them all across, not too thin, and not all the way through, sprinkle with some salt, but not too much, the bacon is salty. Then fill with small bacon slices in between. Bake in a pan with some oil until potatoes are fully cooked, and serve. Also, you can incorporate some cheese and other seasonings of your choice
