Marbelous Wood – Refraction is part of a larger series entitled Marbelous Wood - a series of wood adorned with marbling pattern, a technique known from old book covers. Marbelous Wood reinterprets the wooden floor. Here both the form of the parquet floor and the applied pattern and colours are inspired by the refraction of light through a prism.
