Found it!!! A way to make Ginger Liqueor -- this is so easy and fabulous, and a heck of a lot cheaper. We've make a couple of batches now and the only change is we use 1 to 1-1/2 tsp. of pure vanilla extract in lieu of a vanilla bean. So so good! And great for making a "Gold Rush", "White Orchid", "Ginger Margarita" etc. LOVE!
