  • Started the week off with a great glute workout and wanted to share some of the movements I did! 😌 I loveee utilizing the cable machine and the landmine on my glute days! Performing movements on those really 🔥’s up my glutes beautifully and I’m able to do them without causing back pain 🙌🏼
