Salted turbot cauliflower black currant leaves @ Kadeau Bornholm Denmark. Black currant leaves salted turbot roasted cauliflower. When you see this you probably don't know what this is up to. Me neither. But what we had for this snack is actually the little green leaf "pockets" on the stone. A little pocket of surprise! (Next pic) by little_meg_siu_meg

For Oppenholler ( Fedtholskager ) from Bornholm , you need: 25 g yeast   4 cups milk  3 eggs  1 tablespoon sugar    500 g flour   lard for baking What to do : The yeast stirred into the lukewarm milk. The eggs are stirred together with the sugar. All the ingredients mixed together and the dough is made to rise for approx. 30 min in a warm place . Apple slices baked apple slice pan in lard.
