### Percent of a Number- In this interactive, students learn how to use proportions to solve percent problems. In the accompanying classroom activity, students begin with an introduction to percents, focusing on the difference between “part” and “whole.” They solve some basic percent problems by setting up proportions and then complete the interactive, which walks them through percents, proportions, and some real-life examples of when to use both.

Percent Proportions Math Game/Math Center: This is a great station or activity for students practicing solving percent problems with proportions or a percent equation. Students play in groups of 2-3 to play Connect 4.
