Baby Banana Oatmeal Muffins    1 1/3 Cups Flour  3/4 Cup Baby Oatmeal*  1/3 Cup Sugar  2 tsp Baking Powder  1/4 tsp salt  1 Beaten Egg*  1/2 Cup Milk*  2 - 4 oz jars baby food- bananas*  1/4 cup cooking oil  -------------------------  Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Combine together, mixing just until wet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12.

This was such a winner with my baby when she was around 7 months old (and still is actually!). Sweet potato is so good for our children’s immune and digestive systems and broccoli is a classic ‘health food’ which aids the development of your baby’s bones, skin and heart. I mash these veggies with coconut oil as this tastes great and helps their bodies absorb and utilise the beneficial properties of the vegetables.
