Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes with Fresh Blueberries- glad I only used half the amount of poppy seeds because they were very crunchy. Maybe less poppyseed and a little less lemon and it would be better balanced.
My favorite Whole Wheat Pancake recipe. I use whole wheat flour not white whole wheat. They are light and fluffy. For those who do not like the taste of whole wheat (like my husband), the hint of cinammon covers the strong wheat flavor.
