Super-tasty miso broth TO VEGANIZE: Made a vegan version of this and it was yummy. Used vegetable stock, added more mushrooms (shitake, porcini, chestnut mushrooms) more kale and seaweed. Instead of chicken I added toasted cashews. Love the radish touch in this dish. Even my meat eating husband loved the vegan version!
