Floorplan 3: 3-5 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, 3800+ Square Feet. Awesome floorplan!! instead of nv room, i would do a covered patio with fireplace on the wall shared with master BR. would love to add the casita in one end of yard to use for overnight guests- but mostly as a pool house that we could open up for parties, and kids could change outside or use bathroom without having to get floors all wet in the house
