Spaghetti Squash Bolognese is a delicious paleo meal that will leave you completely satisfied.

No Pasta Lasagna  | Precook ground beef with onions and garlic. Salt zucchini and eggplant and set aside for 10 mins. Blot excess water. Fry eggplant slices in olive oil 1-2 mins each side. Bake at 375° for 20 mins. Mix cheese and egg.  Layer veggies, cheese and sauce. Bake at 400° for 15-20 mins.
