Two recipes and a video tutorial for green smoothies. 3-4 leaves kale, stems removed (I used lacinato/dinosaur kale)    1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced into chunks    1 -2 handfuls spinach    1 small apple (sweet variety like pink lady, fuji or red delicious)    1/2 avocado (optional)    brewed green tea in 4 oz of water (chilled if possible or 1-2 tsp powdered green tea) + ice to blend.
