Siempre me gusta probar recetas nuevas y este pollo es definitivamente uno de mis mejores descubrimientos! Los ingredientes y la forma en que se prepara es muy diferente, una parte se hace en la estufa, luego va al horno y se finaliza regresando la sartén a la estufa. De esta manera, se logra obtener un pollo con un lindo color, bien cocido y un sabor exquisito gracias a la salsa que lo complementa, dando un toque de color, de picante y de aroma muy especial.
