Heat oven 350º / PAM a muffin pan. Whisk together eggs, ½&½, salt | fill each cup. Add abt 2T mix-ins to ea. cup | sprinkle w/Parmesan. Bake til puffy & edges are golden brown (20-25 min). Makes 6 mini frittatas.
