Delicious dairy free waffles: To make GF, sub All Purpose GF flour mix. For half a recipe (makes about 3 waffles), use 3/4-1 c. unsweetened original almond milk. Add last to check consistency of batter because the recommended amount in the recipe left the batter too thick to pour. Also, use coconut oil instead of butter, and use almond extract (half the amount of what's called for for vanilla extract). Skip the water. Top with pure maple syrup. DELICIOUS.
