Here's a great way to keep kindling off the ground, easily accessible and neatly stacked through the fall for those cool evenings around the fire with friends and family; Place a in a cinderblock (both sides as pictured) and stack kindling tinder neatly.
I need to adapt this to a curved top. I really like how she did the back for hanging her mini quilt (I generally just wing it with a tube of fabric sandwiched in with the binding to slip a dowel through)
These are straight columns of triple square triangle blocks. The real challenge is getting the right colors to alternate light & dark, changing hues in a "natural" way. Well beyond my current color abilities ~ Colourwave Quilt
