Graphic Thought Facility - Divina Calendar ‘We enjoy exploring the physical possibilities of design, which has naturally extended our work into product, exhibition and environmental design. Our design draws upon many of Divina’s properties: the fantastic breadth, richness and harmonious range of its colours, its sensual drape, and visually warm, milled surface that allows it to be cut precisely without fraying.’

Studio Minale-Maeda - Garlands ‘The smooth, non-woven-like surface, its strong colours, its crispness and the fact that its edges do not fray when cut all reminded us more of paper than fabric. Yet the material has more presence and quality than paper.” Using flowers as a point of inspiration, they were able to develop playful shapes with the material, and use the variety of strong colours to create the final installation of four vertical garlands.

Robert Stadler - Pli Bleu, Pli Violet ‘My intention was to show the quality of the textile in the most pure and direct way possible. The two pleated monochromes catch the ambient light in a subtle way,’ Some of the folds can be used as a shelf, creating a deliberate ongoing dialogue between the sculptural and functional elements of the piece.
