Act 1- Ancillary Characters Anne Marie: I believe a pair of speakers represents Anne Marie because all they do is listen to her but she doesn't really play a big part in the story. She doesn't have a big motivation. She helps Nora but at the same time makes her nervous when she announces each person that walks through the door of her home.
