Oven Denver Omelet 8 eggs 1/2 C half and half - 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese - 1 C finely chopped cooked ham - 1/4 C finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 C finely chopped onion. Whisk eggs and cream. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into 9-in sq. baking dish. Bake 400 degrees for 25 min.

Ken and his buddies play poker once a month and these meatballs are always a huge hit. Sweet and Sour Meatballs are so easy to make. If we have time we make our Perfect Meatballs and if not we buy a large bag of frozen prepared meatballs. Throw it all in the slow cooker and in a few hours total perfection! The sauce is fabulous!
