Today, I want to talk to you about my health coach certification. As you probably know I graduated IIN in 2018, and while I haven’t used my health coach certification for actually health coaching (yet) I have been using it in muliple other ways. Also, just a note before I share ways I have used my health coach certification I just want to let you know that I do start taking on clients in the spring (I’m aiming for May). This is something I am beyond excited about!
In this blog post I'm sharing 5 things that help me feel confident. Feeling confident can be hard at times, but there are so many things we can easily do to feel more confident in our own skin. I spent years having low self-esteem thinking I was worthless and never good enough. Today I am thriving and I feel confident both in my body and in my life. And so can you!
There are so many reasons why I believe working with a health coach is absolutely amazing and will benefit most people. Here are six reasons.
This year I really want to focus on slow living. I want to live a rich, fulfilling, blissfull life. A life aligned with my values and beliefs. A life that gives me a deep sense of fulfillment. I no longer want to live life in the fast lane. I no longer want a schedule that is fully booked. I want to make sure I have plenty of white space. I’m living life at a slower pace.
I love journaling. This probably comes as no surprise to anyone who knows me even just a little bit. Ever since I was a little girl I’ve loved writing. Free writing was my favorite thing in school. When I was little I wanted to be a writer, and here I am at 28: A writer. Pretty cool, huh?
First of all, setting goals is not something I just do. I’ve been reflecting on my word for 2022 and my goals for the past couple of weeks. Especially over the holidays when I took some much needed time off to rest and spend time with my family. I’ve been reflecting, journaling and listening to my inner voice. And then this morning I decided to get really specific, and I decided it was time to write down these goals in my journal.
As you probably already know I am a certified health coach (I graduated Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2018) and I’ve worked with Paige Schmidt for a couple of years. I have plans to start working with her again in the spring of 2022. That’s how much I love coaching! Working with a health coach really transformed my life, and I cannot say enough good things about it.
