Mexican Pinto Beans, Frijoles Con Todo are made from scratch in the pressure cooker with dry pinto beans, onions, chile, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro, avocado and my favorite part, the queso! These soupy beans are not spicy, and can be served as a soup or as a side dish over rice or with tortillas. #mexicanbeansoup #souprecipe #foodie
Easy pot roast!! In cock-pot put 2 cups of raw pinto beans on bottom, mix in a can of rotel and green chilis!! Season beans with cumin, garlic powder, a little chili powder, and minced onion. Place roast on top and season same way. Add water to cover beans and about half of roast. (May need to add water while cooking) turn crock-pot to high and cook until roast falls apart and beans are done. Then switch to low so all spices can simmer!!
It's Chili by George!!!! OMGoodness...this is one of the best chili recipes I've ever tasted!! I couldn't stay out of the pot...lol!! The first time I made it I left out the pinto beans...still delicious. The second time I left out the pinto beans and used tomato puree instead of the tomato juice and it still was very flavorful, but with less sodium...great for me!!
