5 Tibetanere De 5 tibetanere, eller Ungdommens kilde, er et anti-aging sundhed-skønhed-velvære- program udviklet af tibetanske munke gennem hundreder af år. Programmet består af fem lette yoga inspirerede øvelser, kaldet riter, som træner både styrke, udholdenhed og bevægelighed ud over at massere organerne, stimulere fordøjelsen og sætte fokus på åndedrættet.
