3. Nepalese are divided by castes, being the social classes. The ones that do not follow the caste system are the communities, who live in the mountains.  The caste system is divided into four folds which are Brahman (priests and scholars), Kshatriya (warriors), Vaisya (merchants and traders), and Sudra (laborers).
