Mette Blomsterberg Snowballs Flødeboller

Marzipan base/crust for Jordbærkage, a strawberry tart/cake. Recipe in Danish. Mix 200 g marzipan with 200 g sugar, then 200 butter, little by little. Add also 3 eggs and in the end fold in 50 g of flour. Bake approx. 25 min. at 175 C. When cold. fill with pastry cream (you may eventually put some choc. and/or whipped cream)
