Production

The production of Dinesen wooden planks is based on more than 110 years of experience. High quality and excellent craftsmanship have always been the cornerstones of our work with the raw wood. Today, modern technology is another natural element in our production, which, then as now, is placed in Denmark.

In our production oak planks with natural cracks are not discarded, instead they are marked with little hearts indicating that they are ready to become HeartOak planks. The natural cracks in the planks, resulting from the impact of nature through hundreds of years, are then preserved and as a particularly beautiful detail, the cracks are locked by butterfly joints of oak.
