Probiotic Lemonade. INGREDIENTS • 12 lemons • 1/2 – 1 cup cane sugar • 1 cup whey • water • 1 gallon jar, sterilized DIRECTIONS Juice the lemons and pour into jar. Dissolve the sugar in some water in a pan then add to juice. Add whey and top up with water. Leave out for 2 days (for fermentation) before drinking. It will become loaded with good bacteria for your gut and the actual sugar content will be pretty low.
