OK guys deadlifts are great and fantastic if you do them properly . I've seen so many people doing them wrong that I thought this little pic might be helpful (I am not saying my form is perfect 100% of the time but I am working on it ! ) please make sure your chest is lifted and there is no rounding in your shoulders. Lift weight with your legs not your back ...having rounded shoulders and upper back can REALLY hurt you so pay close attention to it .
