Made - very good! 1 c zucchini, grated, drained, 1 c grated potato,1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 shallot, minced, 1/4 c grated parmesan, 1/4 c potato starch, 1/4 tsp garlic salt, 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp parsely. Drain water from grated zucchini.In a medium bowl, combine the zucchini, potato, shallot, seasoning & eggs. Heat 1 TBsp oil in pan over a med high heat. Make 4 patties. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Repeat with another 4 patties. Serve warm. Gluten Free!
