I made 130 wool and silk & wool felted balls and strung them on fishing line with crystals & beads from my stash to make a "curtain." After lots of frustration, I found the perfect needle: the thinest tatting needle you can find. Long enough to go through the felt and fine enough to pass through a 4mm crystal twice.
