Two young entreprenuers helping turist in Copenhagen to find the local cozy and wonderful places. We are making city maps, which you can find on the hotel where you are staying. Enjoy :D
Next Door Café. Classic Danish hang out place. Copenhagen, City Centre. The café has space for love and reflection. A child of Copenhagens latin quarter where crowds and joy are on the menu. This is where you can enjoy the decoration above and below with friends but you also easily sit for yourself and feel the vibe with a laptop, cookies and good coffee. The café was created by Skyler and Klaus and is a loving heart in the city.
Villa Vino. Toast with friends. Copenhagen, City Centre. This wine bar is a part of downtown Copenhagen. On good days there is time for a chat with the staff that decides the wines, the cheeses and the exquisite sausages. Enjoy a chilled white wine, a powerful red, one well-prepared coffee or draft beer while chatting with the boss whose greatest wish is that people have an experience to take with them when they leave.
Pizzeria La Fiorita. Copenhagen, City Centre. A piece of Italy in the middle of Nansensgade. The small pizzeria exudes Italian authenticity and to ensure the tastiest products import their own mozzarella and ham from Italy. They were the first who started to use genuine mozzarella on the pizza. You can't book a table, but you're welcome to enjoy your delicious pizza inside, outside on the summer terrace, or to-go. Arrivederci.
GunGun - New Danish Designers. Copenhagen, City Centre. More than just a store. A small creative design collective of local designers where most of the products are produced in Denmark. Let yourself be seduced by the many unique items the store has to offer and chat with one of the creative minds of fashion, artwork or pottery.
El Tapoe - Smørrebrød - Copenhagen, City Centre. El tapeo offers lovely atmosphere and tapas. A culinary initiative that deserves praise. The property comprises a restaurant, banquet room and an apartment on the top that can be rented. But visit the ”basement” and enjoy smørrebrød with unique flavour combinations. Their experiments with Spanish products, seasonal ingredients complement the classical smørrebrød to it's finest. Bon appetit.
Nyhavns Bodega in Copenhagen - City Centre. Sit at the bar and enjoy a glass accompanied by live music and have a chat with one of the owners of all sorts of wines and sherries. You have stepped into Denmark’s first sherry/wine bar. In reality sherry is called Vino Generosso meaning the generous wine. And at the intimate bodega in the Old Nyhavn they are generous and will lovingly share their knowledge with you.
Baisikeli on Vesterbro. Oiled chains, frames and dirty cleaning cloths. They know their craft at Baisikeli. They sell and rent new and old bicycles. Focus is Africa where the dream is to develop a cycling culture among African cycling enthusiasts and to teach them how to build, repair and maintain bicycles. Drop by the café, have a chat, a cup of coffee and roll around and discover Copenhagen on two wheels.
