Mozzarella Chicken Poppers  1. Mix ground chicken, bbq sauce, salt & pepper in a bowl. 2. Cut mozzarella into small cubes, and wrap the chicken mixture around the mozzarella and seal completely. 3. Roll in seasoned breadcrumbs until fully coated. 4. Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, flipping the chicken poppers halfway. 5. Dip in your favorite dipping sauce (bbq highly suggested)
