Pork Chops, 4 thick cut boneless: 1⁄4 cup olive oil, 1 cup chicken broth, 2 clove garlic minced, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp poultry seasoning, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried basil. Whisk together ingredients & pour into the slow cooker. Cut small slits in each chop with the tip of a knife & season lightly with salt & pepper. Place chops into slow cooker, cover, and cook on High for 4 hours. Baste periodically with the sauce.
