We made Rowan berry and Appel jelly from the home made juice with the children.   Now they can use the jars for Christmas presents.

And we made apple muffins of the last apples.   4 apples, pealed and cut into small pieces. 2 1/2 dl of sugar 2 eggs 2 tea spoons of vanilla sugar 1 1/2 dl of wheat  flour 1 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder  100 g of melted butter  Wisp up the eggs and the sugar. Fold in the rest of the ingredients. Fill into big size muffin cups.   Bake for 20 min at 200 C.

Today we collected flower seeds. We are going to dry them and use them to color our sheep wool.
