In this week’s OPC class we are going to use props to focus our energy on WHERE and HOW we connect to the exercises…and we might even create some HEAT! I promise it will be the GOOD kind of heat; the kind that makes you feel connected and HAPPY!We will be finding ways to connect or reconnect to the exercises using different props.
