Coconut Chocolate Bars shared by petronezone. 1 banana, 1 cup coconut flakes, 1 cup oats, 1/4 cup ground flax, 1/4 cup chocolate Perfect Fit Protein, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 2 tbsp chocolate chips, almond milk for consistency. Mash banana. Mix in the remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips. Flatten into a square on a baking sheet. Top with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cut into 8 bars.
